I got raised in a religious school and I can't stand anything to do with god or religion. the thing that puits me off a lot of the counselling people on this site is that they are relirious organisations - mission australia and catholic care and anglicare and stuff. Can I get help without going to religious orgs?? Confused

thanks for sharing your concerns biggest loser. all gambling help counsellors focus on helping people get through their gambling problems and so they won't talk about anything to do with religion or religious beliefs during a counselling session unless its something the client wants to talk about. but if it is still a concern for you there are a range of other counselling services you can try too. they're listed in the help near you section on this website.

hey biggest loser, i can understand your concern. I went to one of the religious organisations and they didn't mention god or anything about religion at all Smile
